ShiftCare provides an SMS-based shift management platform for licensed home care agencies. The service automates caregiver cancellation handling, coverage coordination, and family notifications via text message.

By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive messages from ShiftCare, you agree to receive automated text messages including:

ShiftCare is a coordination tool and does not guarantee shift coverage outcomes. We are not liable for missed or delayed shifts, caregiver availability, or any consequential damages arising from service use. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 30 days.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered agency accounts.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Alexandria, Virginia.
